The bunk room consists of a twin over full bunk with a trundle; there is also a lego table filled with games and puzzles for kids of all ages. The 5th bedroom/office on this floor has a single pull out sofa. There is a family room with a large comfy sofa, wet bar/beverage fridge and a private balcony.

The garage is equipped with all of the gear needed for a day at the beach as well as a second full size fridge/freezer for easy access while entertaining outside. There is even a half bathroom in the garage for quick trips back from the pool or beach! The backyard has an outdoor shower with a private changing area and the yard is fenced in for privacy. Gorgeous HEATED in ground saltwater pool is the focal point of the backyard oasis with an outdoor kitchen over looking the yard.
